I lead AI transformation work in the public sector in Qatar. The current programme is a national Government AI Factory — a central AI Center of Excellence built with Google Cloud that collects AI requirements from across government entities and runs the pipeline that turns them into delivered systems, including multi-agent creation and orchestration.
Alongside it I run a national HR platform programme on SAP SuccessFactors (performance and goal management), delivered with AI-assisted methods. I designed and built its reporting dashboard on Google Cloud using BigQuery and Looker, and a custom performance-calibration application as a SAPUI5 app on SAP BTP Cloud Foundry. I am currently developing an AI security agent on Google Cloud.
Before this: 15+ years in SAP and digital transformation across Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Tunisia — SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, S/4HANA programmes, and enterprise architecture for public sector and large private clients.
I publish quantised builds of open-weight models on Hugging Face, aimed at running frontier-scale mixture-of-experts models on a single consumer GPU. The main build has passed 10,000 downloads.
